A 19th Century oversized drinking glass commemorating the Crimean War, 1853-1856, the large cup bowl engraved with Mars, God of War, riding a chariot and a winged angel casting rays of light onto him, with a battle verse verso, above a waisted hollow form stem, raised to a circular spread foot, height 29cm.
All in good order with only minor age related wear
