Plus similar smaller 23 Aug. 1859 Notice EL sent from London to Tenterden (blue backstamp with Staplehurst cds alongside on flap) with mainly v. fine red 'curly' Handstruck "3" (of London E.C. office; different to the previous cover) alone on the front.
