British 1845 pattern Enfield naval cutlass (1888 Conversion) with leather scabbard, ricasso marked with crows foot / WD / crown / E / 53, reverse marked C / 88, light pitting/knicks to blade otherwise extremely fine, steel bowl guard marked 77 next to edge plus diamond shaped plaque marked with various rack numbers, scabbard has some wear with wrap repair around chape, sword is difficult to sheath.
