A sapphire and diamond entourage ring, featuring an oval-cut light purplish-blue sapphire, approximately measuring 10.0 x 7.7 x 7.7 mm with a deep pavilion, encompassed by fourteen brilliant-cut diamonds with an estimated total weight of 1.38ct, to a D-section shank stamped '18ct', ring head 1.7 x 1.5 cm, ring size N, total weight of item 7.3 grams. sapphire is slightly loose in mount there is a big chip on one of the diamonds. Ring head tilted.
