JAPANESE BLUE & WHITE PORCELAIN DISH - MEIJI. Meiji period, the dish of basically rectangular form with a shaped rim, painted with a river landscape scene and repeating motifs around the rim (31cms by 25.5). Also with another larger Japanese dish (badly damaged, 35.5cms across). (2).
Smaller dish, small chip to the top of the rim, wear to the base rim, small hole to the base rim from manufacture, small grazes to the corners of the base rim in two places.
Larger dish, badly broken with loose pieces (do fit back, with small bit missing), cracked right across the base, crazing to the rim.
