* Paul Conway was a pseudonym that Brown used for a while, apparently to acknowledge his mother's maiden name. Brown was a friend of James Bolivar Manson and Lucien Pissarro, the influence of the latter being apparent in many of his landscape subjects. *CR Lined; a little associated retouching; needs a light clean.
