AN IMPERIAL GERMAN M1871 PATTERN BAYONET AND SCABBARD. With a 45cm pointed, single sharpened edged and fullered blade marked to the ricasso 'Gebr Weyersberg Solingen', the cross piece and opposing quillons, stamped R.FC.20.39. With brass grip ribbed to one side, the leather scabbard with brass mounts marked '3.G.R. 12.50'. With leather belt hanger. 61cm overall. *CR A nice example, clip functions correctly, slight wear and marks only.
