A FINE FRENCH 14CT YELLOW GOLD SJAR CHRONOMÉTRE RÉPÉTITION POCKET WATCH, the dial marked SJAR, inside the back cover marked: Medaille D’Or 1895 Sjar Répétition. Rubbed French hallmark to the interior of the front side, showing the squirrel which represents 14K gold. In working order. Good chime sound. Dimensions: 7.5 x 5.5 x 1.5cm (H x W x D). There are some dents to the side. The maker’s name is possibly a combination of two known watchmakers: Samuel Jouvene & Armand Rulliere.
