ARSENAL / SHERIFF OF LONDON SHIELD 1931 Boxed gold medal awarded to Arsenal's Alf Haynes for winning the match v Corinthians at Highbury 22/4/1931. The front of the medal has an emblem and underneath is Sheriff of London Charity Shield and on the reverse is another emblem and gold hallmarked with the letters V & S issued by Vaughton & Sons and their name is on the inside of the box. The outside of the lid is also embossed Sheriff of London Charity Shield. Good
