25 bore, smoothbore, 8 inch barrel. The top engraved with regimental "R.H.R." and proof stamps. Steel lock plate with line edge engraving and maker "Bissell". Swan neck flint cock with captive holding stud. Steel frizzen. Steel ram's horn butt stock with screw out ball end pricker. Both grip sides with engraved floral cartouche. Ball end trigger. Left side mounted steel belt hook. Steel ramrod. Polished condition.
