A handwritten signed letter written by Enid Blyton, on headed note paper sent from Green Hedges in Buckinghamshire and dated October 15th 1941, the text reading:

Dear Patricia

Thank you for your nice little letter. I am so glad you like my books. I must write plenty more for you.

I expect "The Family At Red Roofs" will be printed again soon. If you want to know for certain, ask the publishers. Send a card to:
