FRANCE 1942 EXILE GOVERNMENT UNISSUED STAMPS. 25c green Marianne de Dulac Type II (Yvert 701D, Maury 701D), never hinged mint marginal block of 16 (4x4). These stamps were prepared for the French exile govt in Great Britain but were refused (absence of the Cross of Lorraine) by de Gaulle. Cat 720. (16 stamps)
