Good afternoon Philip, The chairs are in overall good condition. There are usual signs of wear and tear. Slight Verdigris to studs on a couple of chairs. Slight marks to the leather on a couple of the chairs also but no Tears or Rips. Paint mark on one of the chairs (easily remedied).
To reiterate the over all condition is good.
