A VICTORIAN GARNET SET GOLD SNAKE NECKLACE, the serpent's head set with a pear shape garnet cabochon and raised garnet cabochon eyes, suspending a heart shape drop with an oval garnet cabochon accent, vacant memorial compartment to the reverse, the head and heart drop both detailed with raised yellow and white gold scroll work, to the tapering snake link chain, fitted with an integrated push pin clasp stamped 18c, approximate complete length 400mm, approximate gross weight 19.5 grams (Condition report: overall condition good, eye settings appear to have been later amended, clasp in working order)
