Percussion Cap Pocket Pistol with 62mm long barrel. Bore approx. 12mm. Unsigned. Barrel, hammer and lock all marked "38". Folding trigger. Working action, holds at both full and half cocked positions. Engraved Floral decoration to lock and trigger. Carved decoration to wooden butt. No makers marks or Proof marks. Overall length 173mm. Section 58 (2) no licence required.
Good original working condition. Very small filled crack in butt on right side, see photos. Section 58 (2) no licence required in the UK.
