Ipswich interest - very interesting & unusual silver cigar/cigarette case /Presentation box. Lovely engraving of a steam ship on the lid, inside it reads "To Charles May in commemoration of the visit of the steam ship Manchester to Ipswich 7th Sept. 1849 and in acknowledgement of his generous services to her crew on that occasion from eight people (names given inside the case) " lovely piece of engraving , lovely item with a very interesting interior, exceptional quality, hallmarked CR WS (Charles Rawlings& William Summers) London 1849.
