Jardine & Lizars - 4 prints of Hummingbirds 1833.

These hand-coloured engravings of Humming Birds are from The Natural History of Humming Birds Part 2 of The Naturalist's Library by Sir William Jardine, Bart and engraved by WH Lizars, Edinburgh 1833. These engraving are from the first edition. The humming birds illustrated are Gould's Hummingbird, Golden-green Hummingbird, Violet Forked-tailed Hummingbird & White-eared Hummingbird.

Each print measures approximately 4in x 6.5in (10cm x 15.5cm).

The print is in excellent condition with occasional age related marks. Please inspect the image carefully
