An unusual Delft or Faience pottery jug with 2 handles and a spout, possibly a posset pot or an apothecary jar, decorated with a scene of a horse atop a hill flanked by 2 trees, believed to be early 18th century, lettered G.G. to the reverse and dated 1723, approx 37cm tall

Spout end missing, both handles with losses to decorative ends, few small chips to foot-rim, drilled hole
