An Imperial German parade bayonet, plain polished blade 7¾” with single narrow fuller and DE point, steel hilt with bird’s head pommel having dummy spring button, chequered wood grips mounted on one side with gilt iron crowned shield with Imperial German eagle, in its black painted steel scabbard. GC (blade sharpened, scabbard paint chipped, partly cut mounting lug groove at the back of the pommel).
