S[impson]"of the 2nd Queen's Bombay Regiment (with pcopy of similar 1868 cover stating the regiment) to London "Via Marseilles" with spectacular franking for the double rate of Pairs of India 8pi Lilac, 4as Green & 2as Green (all with creases or faults) all tied by fair to fine Aden "124" Diamonds and having a partly fine "ADEN STR.
