A George III oak 8-day Longcase Clock, signed George Parker, Wisbeach (Wisbech), with two-weight movement striking on a bell, the 12-inch square silvered dial with Roman and Arabic chapter, subsidiary seconds and date aperture, the plain case with walnut banding, square hood and long trunk door, plinth base and bracket feet, 195cm high, with two weights and pendulum. Condition: clock and case in overall very good condition, clock is currently working well and striking as it should but we cannot guarantee it.
