*Molland is a village in North Devon, its possibly Henry Quartly who lived from 1755-1840. ** Generally the condition is good, there are a few minor scratches/marks in places and slightly rubbed around the seal. Some wear to the base rim, small imperfection at the base of the neck, see image.
