An antique hand painted Chinese deep dish plate with an artistically rendered scene of birds on a tree in blue and red. In great condition, with an intact foot rim. The mark on base is partially obscured but appears to be the Jiaqing reign mark. Plates such as these were produced in the Fujian province in China.
