An original old album of approximately 263 greetings postcards - mainly Edwardian but also some early Georgian cards, all in very good condition. Various publishers including Valentine, Davidson Bros, Rotary, Beagles, Wildt and Kray, EA Schwerdtfeger and Co of London. A very high proportion of the cards are real photographic. Most of the cards are British, and were printed at home, France or Germany - but there are some American examples, including the United Art Publishing Co of New York City. On a spot check of ten album pages, a good number of the cards were postally used.
