Edwardian Liverpool Scottish Other Rank’s Doublet.
A good transitional Circa 1908 example. The doublet is of regimental pattern grey cloth with scarlet facings. The collar retains white metal “8 VB The King’s” collar badges, the shoulder straps embroidered in red cotton “10 Scottish T Liverpool”. Complete with bullion Marksman badge and white metal post 1902 volunteer pattern General Service buttons. The interior with quilted lining and faint issue label. Good clean condition.
