LARGE 19THC CHINESE CANTONESE FAMILLE ROSE VASE. A late 19thc Cantonese famille rose of large proportions, each side and the neck painted with a variety of court figures and attendants within shaped panels. Also painted with a wide variety of birds, flowers and fruit and insects, and a greek key border around the rim and base. 61cms high. *CR The vase has a star crack to the base, there is also a small crack visible on one side (bottom left of large panel) which you can hear when tapped, some wear to the gilding on the rim.
