SPAIN - SIMILAR PAIR - ONE BEING THE RARE "DEB No.43" TYPE; 22 June 1811 EL (disinfection chisel-slit) from "La Pobla" (de Segur, NW Spain?) to another French officer at "Niort" charged "7" (dec.) with mainly v. fine inverted (unusually) "No.3/Bau. PRINCIPA[L]/ARM. D'ESPAGNE" mark on the front; plus Oct. 1811 E charged "10" (dec.) to Paris (30 Oct. arrival backstamp) with mainly very fine (but slightly over edge) rare "DEB. No.43/ARM.
