Larry Ham (British, 1933-2007), The boxing bout. oil on canvas, signed 'LHam' lower right, plain hollow gilt frame with canvas slip. 24 x 19½in. (61 x 49.5cm.). Surface dirty and would benefit from cleaning. Overpainting visible to the white background at top right. Has been previously cleaned and re-varnished, with some retouches elsewhere visible under UV. Marked craquelure to the paint at upper right - canvas slightly slack and would benefit from attention to the stretcher pegs to re-stretch.
