1830 (May 25) Printed letter from the Secretarys Office, General Post Office, Dublin, acknowledging receipt of the first halves of bank notes, sent to the Postmaster of Ballytore with a superb Free datestamp, the address panel with printed "Remittance Acknowledgement. To the Postmaster / of (Bytore) / Edward S. Lees", scarce. Also an 1826 entire letter from a pensioner to the "Deputy Agent to Chelsea Hospital, Dublin", sent free with manuscript "E.S Lees, Pensioners Affidavit". Two unusual items sent free under the frank of Edward Lees, Secretary of the Irish Post Office. (2). Photo on Page 34.
