A VERY GOOD 18TH CENTURY GEORGE III IRISH SILVER ASPARAGUS TONGS, circa 1775, nicely decorated hinge with pierced scroll work detailing, and bright-cut detail to the edge of the tongs, maker’s mark of I.K for James Kennedy, along with the crowned harp mark. 27.5cm long, 111grams total.
