Star Lot: Rosa Müller. An original Rosa Müller (1822-1914) watercolour with oil accents on paper painting. Features an intricately detailed forested landscape with river flowing through rendered in Müller's typical naturalistic style Müller. Signed and dated 1890 to lower right. Housed in a gilt frame behind glass. Müller's work has a rich auction history with similar works fetching £500 at Martel Maides.

MM: 80cm x 60cm including frame.

Rosa Müller was a British artist predominantly known for her naturalistic landscape paintings depicting the upland scenery of North Wales and South West England. Bristol Museum & Art Gallery and Royal West of England Academy hold examples of her work.
