Rare German Captured Regimentally Stamped French M1866 Chassepot Bayonet
22 1/2 inch, single edged, yataghan blade with large fuller. Back edge with St Etienne 1869 maker's details. Steel muzzle ring and hook quillon with regimental stamps "31.6.LI.9357". Brass ribbed grip with steel locking catch. Contained in its steel scabbard with German fitted long stud.
