Original vintage travel poster promoting La Haye sous les Fleurs flower festival held from 30 July to 4 August 1951 in the Hague Netherlands featuring a smiling lady holding up roses and the historic 13th century Ridderzaal hall adorned with flowers in her hair and around her wrist and neck as a bracelet and necklace, and surrounded by a colourful assortment of sunflowers, daisies and other flowers in front of people on a sandy beach by the blue sea reflected by the sun on the horizon, the text on the blue sky above. Very good condition, creasing on edge, browning. Country of issue: Netherlands, designer: Guust Hens, size (cm): 98x63, year of printing: 1951.
