Post Paid.--ONE PENNY.--Weight not to exceed ½oz" envelope (Huggins & Klempka Type-EHC1ba; slightly faint address, minor wear) to Manchester having a fine red London Crowned "PAID/+" Official mail datestamp on the front. Signed at lower left by "Robert Hyde Greg" (MP for Manchester & supporter of the Anti-Corn Law League). Endorsed "recd feby 12" in red on the front, and having a heraldic red wax seal.
