A pair of Chinese porcelain blue and white vases, 19th century, each vase of baluster form and decorated with two scaly four-clawed dragons amidst chrysanthemum blooms, against a craquelure ground with batavian banding, character marks to the underside, 39.5cm high (2) (at fault)
The necks of each vase have both been cracked in multiple places and restored thus restoration may be present in further areas of each vase. Some chipping to the foot rims can be seen. Pitting and fritting to the exterior and interior of each vase. General surface wear and scratching throughout.
