AN EDWARDIAN SILVER OVAL TRINKET BOX WITH HINGED COVER AND A LATE VICTORIAN SILVER VASE, the trinket box repousse decorated with foliate scrolls, on four cabriole legs with pad feet, gilt to inside of cover, pale blue silk lined base (stained), maker A E Goodby & Son, Birmingham 1906, length of oval 10cm, the vase of shaped oval form, cast with two vignettes of cherubs surrounded by foliate scrolls, gilt interior, bears import marks for Theodor Hartmann, London 1897, height 11cm, 3.79ozt, 117.8 grams (2) (Condition report: both pieces have dried silver polish in the recesses, both pieces don't sit level on a flat surface)
