Given the quantity of lots sold each week (1,000-2,000) it is not possible for us to check if all items are in working order and the items are sold with no warranty, no guarantee and the descriptions/images are a guideline only. - Scratched, damaged, dented or items that do not work, there is no refund available unless stated as working and turns out not to be the case. - If you buy boxed items, we cannot guarantee all the accessories are there so make sure you email in for a condition report and find out more about the items before bidding on them. - Participation in this auction is ONLINE ONLY and there are no bidders allowed in the room. - All images and descriptions are to be strictly used as guidelines only. - Buyers Premium (BP) is tiered: 30.5% (+VAT) for hammer prices under £10 and 28% (+VAT) for hammer prices of £10 or more, which is applied to all lots sold. - All lots are sold with VAT except those that are exempt. - Payment MUST be made via your invoice email received post auction. - NO COLLECTIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PAYMENT BEING MADE VIEWING: - There is NO VIEWING for this auction. - Please be sure on what you are bidding on as this is an 'Online Only' auction, and all stock is sold behind closed doors. CONDITION REPORTS: - We offer condition reports for this auction. - If you need any condition reports about a specific lot(s) then please submit these online via our online catalogue and we will endeavour to provide you with more information before the auction then starts to close from 5:30pm on Sunday. - If you do not ask for a condition report, then you will be bidding at your own risk as set out in our T&C’s.  PAYMENT: - Payments MUST be paid by 3:30pm the DAY AFTER THE SALE. - If you have not paid by 3:30pm the day following the sale, you will be blocked for a minimum of 6 weeks and your lots will immediately be taken off your account and re-sold in the next available auction. - We are NOT taking cash or card payments in reception upon collection. - All payments MUST be made online prior to booking your collection slot and heading to collect your items. COLLECTIONS: - Buyers Must Contact The Thamesway Warehouse Team on 01322 930928, or email [email protected] prior to collecting their lots. - Collections are available between 9am and 2pm Monday to Friday. - PLEASE ALLOW 24 HOURS BETWEEN PAYMENT BEING MADE AND YOUR COLLECTION, SO THAT WE CAN AUTHORISE RELEASE OF YOUR ITEMS. - You have up to 7 working days to collect your items. FAILURE TO COLLECT YOUR ITEMS: Lots not collected or delivery arranged after 7 days will be subject to the following conditions: - Goods will be released to the custody of Thamesway Storage Services Limited for secure storage. - Storage charges will be applied at a rate of £6.00 per lot per day. - Goods not collected after 14 days will be returned to Wellers for relisting in other auctions or disposed of. - Storage charges must be paid in full before lots will be released. - Thamesway Storage Services Limited act solely as an agent for Wellers Auctions Limited and are not authorised to make decisions on the quality of any purchases made, we cannot authorise or agree refunds and any queries relating to successful lots, must be addressed to the Wellers team. *Paying and clearing all lots is mandatory for lots won at auction. Bidding is a commitment to buy, and all accepted bids are contracts and are considered final and non-withdrawable.
