Mid 19th century lace leaf fan with Mother of Pearl sticks and decorative guards, length 18cm, together with a further painted fan with yellow roses on a dark brown silk leaf (2)

More Information

Left fan guard will open but tends to revert back to its folded position if not held in place, close inspection shows traces of glue where the leaf has been stuck to the guard and glue has slightly bled onto the adjoining leaf, the left guard is very slightly bowed - see images, several of the gold flower shaped decorations are partially un-stitched and have rotated slightly, but still in place, overall the condition is good
