"SPECIMEN", 1908 Insurance printed matter circular ex Paris by T.P.O. to Dijon returned with "INCONNU A L'APPEL A DIJON" on reverse, various "Semeuse Camee" items inc. 1930 15c wrapper h.s. "SPECIMEN" uprated with 15c to Finland,, 1939 wrapper from an Electricity company in Paris to Strasbourg with boxed "Retour a Envoyeur" & "Lettres Postalles Suspendee" due to hostilities with Germany. Also a group of chiefly more unusual early 20th Century items inc. 1903 decorative cover from a Press Cuttings Service in Paris to Landes, 1921 colourful advertising booklet prepaid & posted under wrapper from Salon de Provence to Auch with "Retour a L'Envoyeur" on obverse, 1924 advertising (mineral water) booklet with pink wrapper & cancel dated 22nd May addressed to Bazas, WWI wrapper in the shape of a cross from Epinal to the Admin. Council at Bourges, 1914/18 wrappers both returned to sender utilising boxed "INCONNU" stickers, etc. (c.58 covers plus a few stamps with printed matter cancels))
