Elizabeth I (1558-1603) sixpence, mm. pheon, 1564 overdate, looks over a 2 but possibly 3. The overdate weak but visible with long base tail. Struck on a smaller flan with inner beaded circle of 17.5mm. Bust 1F. Cleaned with occasional scratches. Fair. [2.70g, N.1997, S.2561]
