French Model 1874 Gras Epee bayonet for the Gras/Chasspot Rifle. Good blade 20.5". Top of blade engraved 'Mftd d'Armes de St Etienne Fevrier 1880'. In its steel scabbard (light pitting noted), matching serial numbers "16670".
