(small repair at top centre; flap faults) from "FLACQ" (v. fine "A"-code backstamp) to "La Ferte sous Souarre, France" (6 Sept. arrival cds on reverse) with an 1863 4d Rose (2) tied by very fine "2" numeral in three circles with red Port Louis transit "P.D." on the front beside red 2-ring "POSS.
