An original Napoleonic War era 1796 pattern British Cavalry Troopers sword. Stirrup hilt, leather bound grip and a slightly curved broad fullered blade. The blade etched with George III GR cypher and Royal Coat of Arms with traces of gilt. Housed in a steel scabbard. Measures approx 99cm.
