William Biscombe Gardner (1847-1919) a pair of pencil sketches of farmyard scenes, one depicting a woman milking a cow, 16 by 20cm, signed bottom right, dated 1919, the other of heavy horses in a field with chickens, 17 by 22cm, signed bottom left and dated 1918, each framed and glazed.
