A fine Regency or George IV rosewood jardiniere stand, almost certainly by Gillow, circa 1825; the rectangular top with serpentine scrolling foliate carved edges angled outwards above a well; the front, back and sides with bead-and-bar mouldings; on a fluted, acanthus carved, knop turned and waisted stem to a lobed collar; above three acanthus carved splayed legs to scrolled feet; 78cm high, 50cm long, 39cm wide
