A carved wooden nameplate possibly for The Royal Navy armed yacht HMS 'Essex Maid': 9 x 38cm. *Notes- Built by Rowhegde Ironworks Ltd and launched in 1939, HMS Essex Maid was requisitioned by the Navy and served in various roles before being returned in 1946.
