Gordon to a Dr Wood stating that most copies are sold (as it this book was only available by subscription) and he should apply soon, original Japanese vellum, plates, William Pollard & Co Ltd, Exeter, 1907. This book was printed for the seventy-fifth annual meeting of the British Medical Association held at Exeter 1907. A good copy.
