Nine various walking sticks comprising a 19th Century French Swordstick, the 61cm flattened square-section steel blade stamped Klingenthal, (known as the Valley of Blades), and also stamped 4 times with the double-crown and ‘K’ in lozenge, housed in bamboo scabbard with knob-bamboo handle, a Sinhalese walking cane painted in iron red black and ochre with coiled serpent, a sectional horn ‘character’ walking cane, the handle carved with an open-mouthed serpent with sharp teeth, a black-lacquered walking cane with cast- brass duck character handle, black lacquered swordstick with 60cm single-edged steel blade, bone-carved handle-section with brass ferule, (as found, blade and ferule loose), together with three various wooden crook sticks (8)
