A DRESS SWORD BY HENRY WILKINSON with gilt grip and ‘helmet’ pommel, a Royal Navy dress sword and another sword. Various conditions.
We cannot find a serial number on the naval Wilkinson sword but the folding hilt plate is stamped RGC RN. The gilt Wilkinson court sword has the serial mark 1706. The other court sword is in very poor condition, probably matched to the scabbard. The shammy cover of the Wilkinson court sword had become stuck to the scabbard so the scabbard is now mottled.
