A MIXED GROUP OF CHINESE PORCELAIN ITEMS, SONG TO MING DYNASTY. To include a celadon glazed jar and cover, Yuan dynasty; A Qingbai ware circular box and cover, Song dynasty; A Qingbai ware pot and cover; A small blue and white jar; Together with a globular pot and cover. Approx. 5cm - 8cm diam. (5)
Firing fault to Qingbai cover. All other items in good overall condition with no obvious signs of damage or repair. Provenance: Property of Dennis Young, son to Sir Mark Aitchison Young GCMG (1886-1974) who served as Governor of Hong Kong between 1941 and 1947, thence by descent.
